     Residential Mortgage Credit Report (RMCR): Delta Credit Services delivers a Tri-merged credit profile from records obtained through all 3 national bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and Transunion). This information is reviewed updated and duplicate account records are removed. Employment history is verified and current and prior resident information for applicants is included. Our RMCR complies with all standards and guidelines in the secondary market, as well as those established by HUD, FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC.

     In-File or Pre-qual: This report can be retrieved from our offices either on-line using software provided by Bourne Software Development "NTremote " or by faxing in your request. A pre-qual report is used primarily to pre-screen customers credit, before initiating a loan package. A pre-qual can consist of one to three bureaus. Typically prequal reports are later updated to an RMCR, prior to being sent to a potential lender. When our customer updates their report to an RMCR within 30days, the cost of the pre-qual is credited toward the cost of the RMCR.

     Direct Lender Specialized Services Dept.: This service is uniquely provided by our company to assist lenders in auditing and obtaining credit information that either does not appear on a credit file or has been incorrectly reported by the credit bureaus. This service is available to Direct Lenders only.

     Tenant Screening Services: Delta Credit Services also provides Landlords' with credit reports similar to our prequal service. This report gives property managers the essential information they need to evaluate potential tenants credit history and public records information.
